Flyer & Base Intensive

Structure of Flyer and Base intensive:  this is a small group private session for flyers and bases. During the workshop, Anna will be working with a small group of up to 3 bases and Eugéne will be working with a small group of up to 3 flyers.

Bases will alternate basing Anna and Eugéne will alternate basing flyers in 15 minute sessions per participant, working on the skills and at the level that each person would like to focus on during the session. Total active coaching time per participant is approximately 50 minutes.

Some of the benefits of this workshop compared with a 1-1 private session are that participants will take breaks between their sessions, can spot and encourage each other, and learn by observing what others are working on.

Absolute beginners are welcome. You will have the benefit of learning with a certified, experienced acroyoga teacher. We can easily cover 4-6 weeks' worth of beginners classes during one of these workshops. You can treat it like a crash course for beginners.

If you have some experience with acro, we do encourage you to join in with an idea/goal of what you would like to work on, but we are also happy to make suitable suggestions for things to work on.  You are welcome to film your sessions or we can share vidoes/pictures of your sessions to keep for future reference.

You get the added benefit of 2 certified teachers offering tips and observations/support when needed.
