Service Description
Intermediate class including a Dance flow Jessica, Eran, Lauren & Greg Tuition will include: Beautiful poses Flows Washing machines Dance flow Safety spotting and so much more... No partner required. You will be partnered up with someone suitable during our classes and we introduce a rotation cycle if and when suitable. Pre-requisites: To comfortably demonstrate without a spotter, the below: Ninja star (ninja bat) washing machine, 4-step washing machine, inside and outside side-stars (regular and reverse), star (jump in), reverse star (at least one entry), free shoulder stand and baby whips (base spotted as opposed to “forbidden whip”). Advanced booking essential. TIME structure: 7pm - 9pm Practice time: 9pm - 9:30pm Venue: Anya's Hall Ground Floor Claremont 24 White Lion Street London N1 9PD Near Angel station. 2 mins walk.
