For the 8th week for the course, you’ll have the option to participate in a mini showcase to celebrate your progress! Each class includes dynamic warm-ups, partner poses, inversions, and therapeutic flying techniques, all in a fun, supportive environment. What to Expect: Warm-up: Stretching, breathing exercises, and joint mobility to prepare your body for movement. Partner Work: Practice both static poses and dynamic flows, working with a partner (or small group) to lift, balance, and transition between poses. Spotting & Safety: Learn the essential role of the spotter to ensure safety and progress in more complex movements. Roles in AcroYoga: Explore the two primary roles—Base (supporting the flyer) and Flyer (creating dynamic shapes in the air). Clear Communication: Master hand signals and verbal cues to enhance coordination and safety.
