Improver's Class - Level 1 - Acro yoga

Service Description

Welcome to our Acro yoga Improver's Classes! Bundle options available for you to choose after you have selected your date on the calendar. Please note that all of our bundle sessions are valid indefinitely and do not have an expiration date. This means you can use them at your own pace, without worrying about time constraints or deadlines. We want to ensure you have the flexibility to schedule your sessions whenever it’s most convenient for you. Join us every Wednesday for a fun and challenging session to master the classic acroyoga washing machines. These sessions are designed to help you build the skills and confidence necessary for the Intermediate Classes. We’ll focus on essential poses and "washing machines," ensuring you develop a strong foundation to master your techniques in acro. Pre-Requisites: To feel comfortable demonstrating the following, WITH a spotter: Inside and outside side-stars (reverse) Star (jump in) and reverse star (at least one entry) Supported shoulder stand and baby whips (base spotted) At least one straight pop from any pose A short flow In these sessions we will mainly be working on the following acroyoga washing machines: What to expect at the end of the course: You will be able to demonstrate the following washing machines WITH a spotter. 1.
