Service Description

Join our Improver’s level acroyoga classes, where we will continue to build on our fundamental skills and focus more on transitions, flows and washing machines. No partners needed. Tuition will include beautiful poses, entries and transitions, washing machines, flows/sequences and safety spotting. We will be building on what we have covered in the beginners course and will continue to add to the whips, pops and standing acro repretoire. These classes will cover all the prerequisites for joining our intermediate classes. We look forward to working with you :) With love, Eugéne & Anna
