Service Description

Join us on Sunday 6th April, from 11am - 12pm, for "From 80° to 180°" workshop. Marta will guide you in achieving your goals safely and effectively, offering personal tips from her own experience. Achieving the splits requires patience, consistency, and proper technique. Marta has been practicing the splits and maintaining her flexibility for years, and now she’s ready to share her skills and knowledge with others. As a team, we’ll guide you through each step safely, empowering you to build flexibility and work towards your desired splits. We will create a step-by-step plan to help you achieve your goal with care and precision. Benefits of Working on Your Splits: Improving your splits enhances flexibility, increases your range of motion, reduces muscle tightness, and supports better posture. Whether you're training for dance, yoga, or simply aiming for improved mobility, mastering the splits can elevate your physical performance and boost overall well-being. Structure of the Class: 1. Warm-Up We’ll lead you through an effective warm-up routine to prepare your body for split training—something you can easily incorporate into your regular practice. 2. Stretch the Hip Flexors, Hamstrings, and Inner Thighs Targeting the key muscles involved is essential. We’ll guide you through stretches focusing on: Hamstrings Hip Flexors Inner Thighs 3. Use Gentle Progressions We’ll offer gentle progressions, allowing you to select the ones that best suit your personal practice. 4. Consistency is Key Flexibility improves gradually, so it’s important to avoid rushing or overexerting yourself. We’ll help you create a personalised splits plan for your training days, ensuring steady progress while minimising the risk of muscle strain. 5. Cool Down After Stretching After working on your splits, we’ll conclude with gentle stretches and relaxation to help your muscles recover and prevent stiffness. Tips: Listen to Your Body: Flexibility is unique to each person. Never force your body into a position that causes pain—stretching should feel like a gentle pull, not discomfort. YOGA mats: Yoga mats will be provided on the day, but you’re also welcome to bring your own if you'd prefer. We look forward to seeing you then! Marta and Anna
