Service Description
Join us for an intermediate/advanced class followed by an hour's jam session. Jam session is from 8:30pm - 9:30pm. We will be taking you through our intermediate level syllabus with some advanced offerings throughout the weeks. We will also be offering some standing Acro as well as some partner body conditioning drills. Tuition will include: Beautiful poses, including various entries into them Flows especially transitions Washing machines Whips Pops (icarian and non-icarian) Standing acro Safety spotting. and much much more... No partner required, but feel free to invite your acro partner along to class. You will be partnered up with someone suitable during our classes and we introduce a rotation cycle if and when suitable. Pre-requisites: To comfortably demonstrate without a spotter, the below: Ninja star (ninja bat) washing machine, 4-step washing machine, inside and outside sidestars (regular and reverse), star (jump in), reverse star (at least one entry), free shoulder stand and baby whips (base spotted as opposed to “forbidden whip”). You are welcome to book individual classes or for the cheapest option, you can go for our bundle offers available. TIME structure: Warm up and social: 6:30 - 6:40pm Class: 6:40pm - 8:30pm Jam: 8:30 - 9:30pm Venue: Anya's Hall Claremont 24 White Lion St, London N1 9PD Near Angel station. 2 mins walk.
