Coni & Mati will be offering 3 workshops throughout the weekend included in the workshops are: Icarian, Whipops and a Flow

OVERVIEW

SATURDAY 11am - 5pm: 2x workshops - 6 hours

1st Workshop - 2.5 hours

Break 30mins

2nd Workshop - 3 hours

SUNDAY 11am - 2pm: 1x 3hour workshop

WORKSHOP details:

SATURDAY: 2x workshops for 6 hours including 30 mins break

1. Saturday: 11am - 1:30pm

1st Workshop for 2.5 hours

We are going to play with pops from different positions using our technique and tempo to gain height and softness.

We will have calibrations and tricks for different levels so that you can find challenges and entertainment in your practice.

 Pre-requirements:

 Basic pops

•  Bird to Throne/Throne to Bird
• Whale to Throne/Throne to Bird
• Straddle Bat to Star/Star to Straddle Bat

2. Saturday: 2pm - 5pm

2nd Workshop for 3 hours

Whips & Whipops

In this workshop we will teach you our technique to understand the swing and how to use inertia to your advantage, we will share details that we have discovered about base - flyer to gain height and solidity and thus have a good base to play with whipops.

 Pre-requirements:

•  Tarzan Whip

SUNDAY 1x Workshop for 3 hours

3rd Workshop for 3 hours

A Flow

In this section we will have an entertaining, beautiful and challenging sequence for you.

We will play with transitions using different modalities of acroyoga such as pops whips and flows.

 Pre-requirements:

• Basic acro poses
