About the Event
Welcome to the Weekend Intensive with Ammanda & Tim
Join us for an exciting weekend of Icarian & Whipops with Ammanda & Tim, as we explore a range of fun and dynamic AcroYoga skills.
Over the course of one weekend intensive, we’ll explore FIVE exciting workshops, building skills, confidence and connection along the way.

A Little About Tim & Ammanda
Tim — AcroYoga on the Road
Tim discovered Acro through parkour and acrobatics around ten years ago. After spending more than a decade training English teachers, he shifted his focus to Acro and now travels the world sharing his passion.
He particularly enjoys the creative process of linking tricks and developing fluid flows. For Tim, Acro is rooted in connection and teamwork, exploring the most creative, enjoyable and efficient ways to move together.
Nothing brings him more joy than helping people solve the Acro puzzle and achieve something they once thought was impossible.

Ammanda is a certified Acro Yoga international teacher and Vinyasa Yoga teacher. Originally from Denmark, her Acroyoga journey began in London 13+ years ago and it was love at first flight. Movement and the healing arts have always been part of her life in the form of dance, acrobatics, different lunar practices and now she lives and breathes Acro Yoga, Yoga, and Thai massage. She loves sharing her passion for Acro Yoga through playfulness and trust, and she dreams of expanding the community and to share it with everyone who wants to play. Ammanda is very passionate about empowering people - and especially flyers - to believe in themselves and to believe they are capable of so much more than they can imagine. She has a crazy obsession with funky warm up moves, different icarians, foot juggling, and all things no hands, and she is always up for silly ideas!

We will send you more details regarding the room's location for all the workshops and other information via email.
It will be in Anya's Hall, New Hall and Upper Hall depending on the workshop.
Lunch:
1 hour break on Saturday between 5PM - 6PM.
