Join us for a series of Workshops with Julio. He will be offering 5 different workshops over the weekend of the Friday 3rd - 5th of July.
About your Teacher
Julio is a Brazilian acro teacher who travels the world, sharing his joy and sense of fun through acro. His teaching style creates a light, supportive environment in which you can learn in the best way possible, without pressure and by enjoying the process.
From icarians and whips to standing acro, he teaches not only technique but also how to be gentle with yourself. He often says that if we’re not having a good time, what’s the point of the whole experience? A lover of hugs, he brings warmth and genuine care to those around him, always striving to create a safe and secure space for practice. He places great importance on spotting and on a soft, progressive approach to learning.

Workshop 1 - Martini: Friday 3rd July, 7 - 9pm (Anya's Hall)
Workshop 2 - Castaway and Full Castaway: Saturday, 4th July, 1:30 - 3:30pm (New Hall)
1.5 hour break
Workshop 3 - Mortalito and Full Mortalito: Saturday, 4th July, 5 - 7pm (New Hall)
Workshop 4 - H2H, Standing H2H and Podcheska: Sunday, 5th July, 10 - 12pm (Anya's Hall)
Workshop 5 - Standing Reverse H2H: Sunday, 5th July, 12 - 2pm (Anya's Hall)

This programme is designed for intermediate practitioners with a consistent acroyoga practice. To ensure a productive and safe learning environment, participants are expected to meet the following requirements before joining:
Martini Workshop (1)
Icarian Throne to Throne and Castaway with a spotter
Castaway and Full castaway (2)
Note: Castaway is not a pre-req to joining this workshop. However, to try Full Castaway during the workshop, practitioners should demonstrate a comfortable Castaway on the day.
Mortalito and Full Mortalito (3)
A Comfortable/deep Tarzan
Note: Mortalito is not a pre-req to joining this workshop. However, to try Full Mortalito during the workshop, practitioners should demonstrate a comfortable Mortalito on the day.
H2H and Podcheska Workshop (4)
Stable H2H (10 seconds hold)
Stable standing H2H (10 seconds hold)
Reverse H2H - Workshop (5)
Stable Reverse H2H in L-base (at least 10 seconds hold)

It will be in Anya's Hall, New Hall and Upper Hall depending on the workshop.
