An unforgettable AcroYoga adventure in South Africa.

Be guided by your local host, Eugéne, whose distinctive perspective is shaped by his South African roots.
This will be our third retreat in South Africa, and we are delighted to welcome Coni & Mati this year.
The retreat will feature a full programme of AcroYoga workshops led by certified instructors, with detailed base and flyer demonstrations. The workshops are designed for all levels, with structured progressions from complete beginners through to advanced practitioners. We will be teaching from absolute beginner to intermediate level, while Coni & Mati will lead intermediate to advanced workshops, including Whipops and Icarian training.

About Coni & Mati – Acroyoga from Chile to the World 🌍
Coni & Mati are a nomadic acroyoga duo known for making the impossible look effortless. Their flights are high, smooth, and precise, a signature style that often leaves people asking what’s happening in Chile to produce such floaty Icarians and silky Whipops.
They are known for their expertise in dynamic movement, weaving whips, icarians, and fluid flows into their teaching, always with an emphasis on safety, communication, and softness. Their classes are designed for multiple levels, meeting each participant exactly where they are and supporting them in deepening and evolving their practice.
But the real magic isn’t just how they fly; it’s how they teach. They break down movements until the mystery disappears and the mechanics make sense; helping students not just land tricks, but understand why they work. Their mission is simple: turn acroyoga into an experience that feels as good as it looks.
During this retreat in South Africa, they are deeply excited to share classes that empower practitioners at every stage, helping each person unlock new possibilities while staying connected to themselves and to the group.
Their teaching invites you to move with sensitivity, trust, and flow, and to experience AcroYoga as it was meant to be: a shared journey.

About Anna & Eugéne
Eugène, originally from South Africa, and Anna are experienced movement practitioners, teachers, and community builders who have been sharing their passion for AcroYoga for many years, cultivating a warm and inclusive community in London. You will be guided by a local throughout your experience.
Specialising in L-base flows, they offer creative sequences suitable for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Their teaching combines technical precision with expressive freedom, drawing on dance-inspired lifts, musicality, and a subtle theatricality to bring fluidity, connection, and playfulness to every practice.
For them, AcroYoga is more than a practice; it is a celebration of creativity, community, and meaningful connection.

RETREAT INFORMATION
OPTIONS to explore:
Please note this is a 15 day acro-venture.
Option 1: 1st week only (the Bushveld leg) - GAME DRIVES - SAFARIS
Option 2: 2nd week only (the Western Cape leg) - Penguin Beach, Wine tasting, Table mountain, shopping at a incredibly comfortable shopping centre. And an opportunity to visit the local food markets during your free time.
Option 3: Full trip (2 Weeks/15 days).
Please note: Return flights to South Africa are not included in the price(s). However, if you’re joining both weeks of the retreat: an internal flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town is included in the prices.

OVERVIEW
Embark on a journey through South Africa, combining sightseeing with workshops catered for attendees.
All accommodation included.
In-country transport is included, covering airport transfers and all travel between retreat locations, workshops and scheduled activities within South Africa.

WEEK 1: Kruger National Park
(Saturday, 17 October to Sunday, 25 October)
The first week is the adventure portion of the retreat.

4 nights at a lodge bordering the Kruger National Park
2 nights at a rest camp inside the Kruger National Park

(Sunday, 24 October - Sunday, 1st November)
The second week is the luxury leg of the retreat.

7 nights at a with 4 star hotel with a stunning view of the Atlantic ocean and table mountain.

Day trip to Cape Point and Boulder’s Beach, home to a colony of penguins

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Minimum payment schedule:
Full Retreat: A minimum deposit of £500 pp is payable immediately upon registration to secure your spot.
To join for 1 week: A minimum deposit of £300pp is payable immediately upon registration to secure your spot for one week.
Minimum payment schedule will be provided for you once you have joined. We can work out a payment plan together for the rest of the payments if you do not wish to payment in one go.
The deposit is non-refundable unless the retreat is cancelled, in which case all payments made will be refunded in full;
Cancellation fees (joining both weeks):
If you cancel before 1 June: £400 is refundable to you if you’ve paid in full.
If you cancel before 1 July: £900; is refundable if you’ve paid in full.
If you cancel after 1 August: then no refund
Full refund if the retreat is cancelled.
No refund for the deposit.
Cancellation fees (joining 1 weeks):
If you cancel before 1 June: £200;
If you cancel before 1 July: £450;
If you cancel after 1 August: no refund; or
Full refund if the retreat is cancelled.
If you’re no longer able to attend, your place can be transferred at the standard retreat rate; whoever takes your place will need to pay the full retreat fee. This can also be split across the two parts of the retreat.
We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of your plans, so we’re always happy to discuss solutions if things change.
