The workshops are designed for participants of all levels. However, to ensure an efficient and enriching experience, we recommend meeting the general prerequisites listed below. Please note that additional workshop-specific prerequisites also apply.

Here's a little bit about Tim and Sara
Sara (@misaris_acro) discovered acro more than 10 years ago. With a flamenco dance background, she started purely for the joy of movement. When she met Misko (@misaris_acro), they began exploring festivals together and soon started teaching as a team. Today, they she shares acro passion at festivals around the world, passing on her favourite tips and tricks.
Sara loves dynamic elements like icarians because they give her that addictive feeling of flying. She’s also a big fan of whips and whippops, because honestly, nothing beats the thrill of a perfectly timed, super high Mortalito.

This quote by the poet and American activist resonates deeply with her. It reflects a sense of order and natural harmony where everything moves and connects in one continuous, graceful flow, just like acro.

Tim (AcroYoga on the Road) discovered Acro through parkour and acrobatics about ten years ago. After spending more than a decade training English teachers, he shifted his focus to Acro and now travels the world sharing his passion.
He especially enjoys the creative process of linking tricks and developing fluid flows. For Tim, Acro is rooted in connection and teamwork, exploring the most creative, enjoyable, and efficient ways to move together.
Nothing brings him more joy than helping people solve the Acro puzzle and accomplish something they once thought was impossible.
