Welcome to the Acroyoga intensive
Jabob & Noga
We are excited to offer you the tools and knowledge necessary to deepen and improve your practice in various areas of Acroyoga.
For this weekend, we'll explore 4 exciting workshops designed with different themes:
Themes include: Pops, Icarian Pops & standing Hand-to-Hand.
Our workshops are designed for all levels; however, to ensure a more efficient and enriching experience, we recommend meeting the following general prerequisites: ( please contact Anna if you have any questions about the pre-requisites).

Here's a little bit about
Jacob and Noga
We’re Jacob and Noga, both former acrobats who have been teaching together for a good stretch of time. Over the years, we’ve taught at many workshops, conventions, and retreats. We love diving into the technical and in-depth aspects of acro, and we’re really looking forward to having you join our upcoming sessions!

The Sidit Flow (L-Base)
Hand to hand progressions intertwined within a beautiful dynamic flow.
Pre-requisite: Handstand with support, Side Stars, comfortable with pops

Standing Hand-to-Hand (Part 1)
H2H and Reverse H2H Fundamentals
Pre-requisite: Pre-requisite: Handstand hold with support for 10 seconds, i.e. against a wall or with a spotter

Castaway and Reverse Castaway
Pre-requisite: Reverse Star and comfortable with pops

Standing Hand-to-Hand (Part 2)
Pre-requisite: Handstand hold with support for 10 seconds, i.e. against a wall or with a spotter and 2 high

Full Ticket: 8.5hrs £ 150
Saturday Workshop 1: 1.5hrs £30
Saturday Workshop 2: 2hrs £60
Sunday Workshop 3: 2hrs £60
Sunday Workshop 4: 2hrs £50
Sunday guided practice time: 1hr
