Neil
A professional bass player by trade, Neil began his Acroyoga journey in 2021. After dedicating the entirety of 2020 to a self-led yoga retreat, he cultivated a deep sense of presence and mindfulness- qualities that now shape his Acroyoga practice.
His strong physical foundation was laid in his teenage years through martial arts, achieving a 1st Dan black belt by the age of 18.
Later, his methodical approach to transitioning from pianist to bass player honed the patience, discipline, and self-reflection that continue to fuel his growth, not only in Acroyoga, but also in diverse pursuits from motorcycling to karaoke.
Damien
A long-time swimmer, Damien was always more at home in the water. That all changed six months ago when he discovered the world of Acroyoga, what started with a thrill quickly became an obsession, pulling him towards the spins of the aerial hoop and the power of straps, sparking a curiosity to see what else the world of acrobatics had to offer.
Originally from France, Damien has lived in New York before making London his home. It was here that he discovered the local circus community and a new passion for acrobatics, he is always keen to share the strength and connection he has found through it.
