Join us on Sunday 31st for an acroyoga workshop in Anya's Hall, Claremont Project, near Angel Station. We will divide the workshop into two sessions:

Session 1 - 2-3:45pm: intermediate level pre-requisites

Session 2 - 3:45-5:30pm: improver level flow

During session 1, we will go through the pre-requisites for joining our intermediate level classes in detail:

• ninja star (ninja bat) washing machine

• 4-step washing machine
