About the Event

During this workshop, we will be taking you through a step-by-step introduction to pops, including some icarian pops (with no hands).

We will be covering the following pops:

- Non icarian:  Throne to plank, Plank to plank, birdge to Long arm foot to hand, Straddle bat to star and back again.

- Icarian pops:  Straight pops, plank to plank, bird to bird, chair to chair.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who are considering joining more advanced workshops later on  this Summer, but do not yet feel confident with their pops fundamentals.

We offer a discount for signing up in groups.

This is an open levels workshop, but some experience with basic acroyoga poses will be helpful.

You don't need a partner to join.
