Stella
After a decade of yoga and dance that shaped her foundations, she found her greatest joy and freedom in the air - where upside down feels the right side up”. Acroyoga became her wings, carrying her into flows, handstands, whips and pops. She brings Acro everywhere she goes: balancing in the park, flying on a paddleboard, or even in the pool while practicing with her son.
Every performance is her way of sharing her passion - an invitation to experience trust, play, and connection. Beyond the stage, she guides women as a lawyer and holistic coach, embodying the same strength, balance and empowerment that Acro brings to her life.
Neil
A professional bass player by trade, Neil began his Acroyoga journey in 2021. After dedicating the entirety of 2020 to a self-led yoga retreat, he cultivated a deep sense of presence and mindfulness- qualities that now shape his Acroyoga practice.
His strong physical foundation was laid in his teenage years through martial arts, achieving a 1st Dan black belt by the age of 18.
Later, his methodical approach to transitioning from pianist to bass player honed the patience, discipline, and self-reflection that continue to fuel his growth, not only in Acroyoga, but also in diverse pursuits from motorcycling to karaoke.

Sakshi
Only About 2 years into practice Acro already feels like home for her. Acro quiets her brain and pulls her into the present to challenge and learn about herself with every nuanced move to find that balance and trust with complete strangers who soon turn into friends. A Service Designer by trade, looking at global systems that affect communities, Acro has made it possible for her to find community in every part of the world and she's excited to continue her world adventures with it.
Damien
A long-time swimmer, Damien was always more at home in the water. That all changed six months ago when he discovered the world of Acroyoga, what started with a thrill quickly became an obsession, pulling him towards the spins of the aerial hoop and the power of straps, sparking a curiosity to see what else the world of acrobatics had to offer.
Originally from France, Damien has lived in New York before making London his home. It was here that he discovered the local circus community and a new passion for acrobatics, he is always keen to share the strength and connection he has found through it.

Lauren
Lauren is currently training in Exhibition dance and has been practising Acroyoga for the past three years. She loves the challenge of these pursuits and is happiest when she is flying or upside down in an inversion. With a passion for choreography and performance, she is excited to present a routine that beautifully blends elements of dance into Acroyoga.

Beth
"I started my love for movement as a young gymnast, and that foundation has carried me through cheerleading, dance, acro, and aerial arts. Each discipline becoming a way to tell stories through movement. Whether it’s acro, cheer stunting, or spinning in the aerial hoop, I love exploring how strength, trust, and creativity connect us.
Beyond training, I enjoy running flexibility and handstand workshops to help others expand their movement repertoire and feel confidence in their bodies. Professionally, I work as a physiotherapist with dancers, circus artists, musicians, and West End performers in Central London via Flexibility Matters. "
