Standing Hand to Hand Workshop
This workshop is designed for participants with some prior experience in standing Hand to Hand. To ensure an efficient and enriching experience, we recommend that participants meet the general prerequisites outlined below. Have experience jumping into standing hand-to-hand, either with a spotter or from Cathedral.
