About your teachers
Coni & Mati – Acroyoga from Chile to the World 🌍
Coni & Mati are a nomadic acroyoga duo known for making the impossible look effortless. Their flights are high, smooth, and precise, a signature style that often leaves people asking what’s happening in Chile to produce such floaty Icarians and silky Whipops.
But the real magic isn’t just how they fly; it’s how they teach. They break down movements until the mystery disappears and the mechanics make sense; helping students not just land tricks, but understand why they work. Their mission is simple: turn acroyoga into an experience that feels as good as it looks.

Programme Overview
The Acroyoga Lab – Expand
The Acroyoga Lab – Expand is a 20-hour progressive programme for committed intermediate practitioners who want to train smarter, not just harder. Designed to deepen technical understanding and elevate the quality of your practice, it transforms trial and error into structured progression - so you don’t just learn new skills, you build consistency, precision, and long-term growth.
This programme works as a laboratory - a space where movements are deconstructed, tested, and rebuilt with intention.
Structured in 8 modules, it provides the fundamental tools to develop an intelligent, sustainable, and efficient practice. This is not a trick-collection course. It is a step-by-step learning experience where skills are built through both theoretical understanding and practical application.
Throughout the programme, students learn to analyse movement through biomechanics rather than imitation. We explore spatial awareness, tactile feedback, axes of rotation, force generation, body alignment, timing, and structural efficiency - understanding not only what works, but why it works.
We experiment with variations, refine technical details, and rebuild skills with precision. We test how technique adapts to different approaches and different bodies. Training with multiple partners is a foundational element of this programme, developing versatility and adaptability. Because advanced acroyoga is not only technical - it is collaborative.
From technical basework to dynamic transitions, whips, icarian patterns, and standing work, each module builds progressively on the previous one. Running transversally through all modules are the foundations of conscious practice: partner communication, active spotting, safety awareness, and teamwork.
Students leave not only with new skills, but with a different way of training. They gain the ability to think critically about movement, structure their own progression, reduce plateau cycles, train safely, communicate effectively, and approach acroyoga as an evolving system rather than a fixed repertoire.
Modules includes the following titles:
* Technical Basework
* Flow Intelligence
* Whip Mechanics
* Icarian Dynamics
* Standing Acro
* Flow Architecture
* Whipops Mechanics
* Icarian Dynamics II
Who This Programme Is For
* Intermediate practitioners ready to move beyond repetition and into understanding.
* Those who don’t just want to land a trick once - but want to make it consistent.
* Practitioners who have experienced skills that “work in a workshop” but disappear later, and want tools to troubleshoot and rebuild them independently.
* Those who value clarity, safety, and long-term sustainability in their training.
* Practitioners who see acroyoga as a system and value communication and intelligent partnership as much as technical progression.
If you want depth, precision, and autonomy in your training. This is your space, this acroyoga lab would be ideal for you.
Who This Programme Is not suitable for:
Absolute beginners. Those who are completely new and just beginning their journey.
Those who are primarily interested in collecting tricks rather than exploring the underlying mechanics in depth.
Practitioners who prefer a more relaxed, guided learning style rather than detailed analytical exploration.
Those who enjoy short bursts of intensity rather than a slower, more gradual and sustainable pace.
If you are a beginner or improver and are interested in attending these workshops, please contact Anna and Eugene, who can work with you before you join.
This programme is for committed movers who are ready to engage, experiment, and refine, refine, refine.
