We will be exploring the fundamentals of acro yoga in a safe and friendly evnvironment.

There are three roles that we will take you through on the day, and we you will provide the opportunity for you to try them out if you wish to.

Role 1 = Flyer

Role 2 = Base

Role 3 = Spotter
