About the Event

Pre-Requisites:
To confidently demonstrate the following without a spotter:
Ninja star (ninja bat) washing machine.
4-step washing machine.
Inside and outside sidestars (regular & reverse).
Star (jump-in) and reverse star (at least one entry).
Free shoulder stand and baby whips (base spotted).
Basic straight pops (at least one).
