Join us on Sunday for various acroyoga workshops! Including standing/dance lifts, progressions to standing H2H, progressions to Castaway and Russian Roll. (All workshops will be taught by certified acroyoga instructors)

Time: 10am - 2pm
2mins walk from Angel Station
It will be going as follows:
1st workshop - Russian Roll (foot to hand walk with base rolling on the ground)
2nd workshop - POPs workshop - We will be taking you through the building blocks for a Castaway
3rd workshop - progressions to Standing hand to hand and standing/dance lifts (Offering progressions and different options)
LIFT options available on the day - high bird, high back-bird, high side star, high folded leaf, jumping/swinging into side star, high tuck-sits and reverse tuck-sits, high bicep stand, high croc, shoulder lifts.
