Service Description
πβ¨ Open Level AcroYoga Classes with Anna & EugΓ¨ne β¨π Beginners are very welcome. Join on your own or with a partner. π Sundays, 12:00pmβ1:00pm β Includes an additional hour of practice time from 1:00pmβ2:00pm The practice session is partially guided. We have another class running alongside it, so support is available when needed. It's an opportunity to consolidate and practise what you've learned during class. π€ΈββοΈ Who is it for? These sessions are open to everyone, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Our aim is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you can learn, challenge yourself and progress at your own pace. β¨ What to Expect π Fundamental poses and creative entries π Flows and transitions π§ Introduction to standing Acro π Introduction to Acro pops π‘οΈ Basic safety and spotting techniques πͺ Strength, balance and body awareness π€ No Partner Required You're welcome to attend alone or with a partner. We often rotate partners and work in small groups, but this is always optional. If you'd prefer to stay with the person you came with, that's absolutely fine. π Our Approach We believe AcroYoga is for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level or movement background. Whether you're new to movement or have experience in yoga, acrobatics or other disciplines, you'll find a safe and supportive space to learn. Classes focus on clear instruction, gradual progression, communication and safety, helping you build confidence while having fun. ποΈ Booking & Flexibility Single classes, bundles and subscriptions are available. Bundle options can be selected after choosing a date on the calendar π . All bundles remain valid indefinitely, allowing you to attend at your own pace. Advance booking is required. π§ββοΈ What to Bring Wear comfortable yoga or workout clothing π and bring water π§. The studio is fully matted, so no equipment is required, though you're welcome to bring your own mat. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can begin the warm-up on time. π¬ Questions? Thank you for booking with us! Please note that bookings are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to other services we offer, subject to availability. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us directly. If you miss a session, donβt worry.
