You have the option to choose between ONE or TWO weeks of exploration of SOUTH AFRICA, Acroyoga workshops and jams, Yoga, Handstand practice and some hiking as well.

🍷 Wine Tasting – Savour local flavours with curated wine tasting experiences at renowned South African vineyards.
Embark on a journey through South Africa, combining sightseeing with workshops catered for attendees.

Selected Meals: Enjoy a curated culinary experience throughout your journey. Most days include breakfast, along with a few traditional South African Braais (BBQ-style feasts), and handpicked lunches or dinners at unique restaurants and stunning locations along the way.

AcroYoga workshops - In between travel and exploration, you'll enjoy thoughtfully scheduled AcroYoga workshops—making the most of downtime to move, play, and connect.
Morning Yoga & Handstand Sessions: Start your day with invigorating yoga and handstand practice, designed to energize your body, focus your mind, and set a positive tone for the day’s adventures.

South African Acroventures – 18 Oct to 1 Nov 2025
This is a 14 day event
There will be plenty of Acroyoga workshops throughout the retreat, taught by Certified Acroyoga
teachers, with detailed base and flyer demos. We will offer options and progressions suitable for
different levels.
WEEK 1:
(the Western Cape leg) - Penguin Beach, Wine tasting, Table mountain, shopping, Cape Point (Southern tip of Africa)
The first week is the luxury leg of the retreat, with 5 star accommodation in Cape Town.
What you can expect from the first week (Saturday, 18 October to Saturday, 25 October):
Included:
7 nights’ shared (2 people per chalet) 5 star accommodation at Dongola Guest House in
Constantia, Cape Town;
Acroyoga workshops and jams throughout (including l-base washing machines and flows,
whips, pops and standing acro; improver to advanced level);
Morning yoga, flexibility and handstand sessions;
Breakfast x 7; lunch or dinner x 2 (including a traditional South African braai) -
vegan/vegetarian options available;
Transport, including:
o Airport transfers on Saturday 18 th (or 1 day prior/after);
o Airport transfers on Saturday 25 th ; and
o Transport throughout the week to the various locations we’ll be staying, playing and
eating at;
A day trip with plenty of sightseeing and photoshoot opportunities in and around Cape
Town, including Cape Point and Boulder’s Beach, home to a colony of penguins; and
If you’re joining both weeks of the retreat: an internal flight from Cape Town to
Johannesburg on Saturday 25th .
Optional extras (to select and confirmed by you before 30th June):
A day trip with plenty of sightseeing and photoshoot opportunities in and around Cape
Town, including Table Mountain (hiking up with me as your guide, or taking a cable car up;
all coming down by cable car) (£20pp for Table Mountain tickets);
Additional meals at restaurants plus, hosted by Eugéne and Anna (topping up meal options
to at least 2 per day); and
Wine tasting.
Not included:
Meals not listed above (there will ample shopping opportunities and a wide range of options
to suit your budget);
Drinks are generally not included with included/optional meals; and
Return flights to South Africa.
WEEK 2:
Option 2: week 2 (the Bushveld leg) - GAME DRIVES - SAFARIS and Blyde River Canyon
The second week is the adventure leg of the retreat, with accommodation in and near the Kruger National Park.
What you can expect from the second week (Saturday, 25 October to Saturday, 1 November):
Included:
1 nights’ shared accommodation in/near Johannesburg;
3 nights’ shared accommodation at Sabie River Bush Lodge (bordering the Kruger National
Park);
3 nights’ shared accommodation at Skukuza Rest Camp in the Kruger National Park;
Acroyoga workshops and jams throughout (including l-base washing machines and flows,
whips, pops and standing acro; improver to advanced level);
Morning yoga, flexibility and handstand sessions;
Breakfast x 4; lunch or dinner x 5 (including a traditional South African braai) -
vegan/vegetarian options available;
Transport, including:
o Airport transfers on Saturday 25 th ;
o Airport transfers on Saturday 1 st (for flights from 8pm onwards, as we will be driving
from Skukuza that day) or Sunday 2 nd ; and
o Transport throughout the week to the various locations we’ll be staying, playing and
eating at;
A day trip with plenty of sightseeing and photoshoot opportunities, including a panorama
view of the Blyde River Canyon, with stops at God’s Window and other locations for breath-
taking views of waterfalls and mountains;
Optional extras (to select by 30 June):
1 to 4 game drives (safaris) in the Kruger National Park with the opportunity to see all of the
big 5 with a bit of luck and much more of the rich wildlife the park has to offer (please bring
something warm as it generally gets rather chilly during the sunrise and sunset drives)
(£20pp per game drive);
Additional meals at restaurants plus, hosted by Eugéne and Anna (topping up meal options
to at least 2 per day); and
Accommodation on Saturday 1 st near the airport for those returning on/after the 2 nd (£30pp).
Not included:
Meals not listed above (there will ample shopping opportunities and a wide range of options
to suit your budget);
Drinks are generally not included with included/optional meals; and
Return flights to South Africa.
Additional notes on accommodation during the 2 weeks:
Rooms are for 2 or 3 people sharing; discounts available for 3 people sharing during the first
week (see below)
Some of the rooms only have twin beds available; where possible, couples will be given first
option on the double rooms available;
We will try to accommodate any requests for sharing, but the event organisers will have the
final decision on room sharing depending on who signs up for the event.

Payments and cancellation policy – full retreat
all payments should be transferred directly into our Starling account:

A deposit of £400pp is payable immediately upon registration to secure your spot. The
deposit is non-refundable unless the retreat is cancelled, in which case all payments made
will be refunded in full;
Your payments for the retreat are payable as follows:
o £400 deposit (as above);
o minimum of £500 or remainder of your payment by 30 June;
o minimum of £500 or remainder of your payment by 31 July;
o any remainder of your payment by 31 August.
cancellation fees:
o If you cancel before 1 June: £400;
o If you cancel before 1 July: £900;
o If you cancel after 1 August: no refund;
o Full refund if the retreat is cancelled.
If you are no longer able to join, your ticket is transferrable at the normal rates for the
retreat, i.e. whomever takes your spot will need to pay the full retreat amount. This may
also be split into the 2 legs of the retreat;
I realise life gets in the way of our plans sometimes, so I’m always happy to discuss solutions
if your plans change.
